Pricing

Pay per Mac. Every plan includes everything.

Plans differ only in how many Macs you use and how many CI runs you can have at once. Testing, performance, analytics and the agent tools are in every plan.

Every plan includes

Nothing here is an add-on. The plans differ only in Macs and CI runs.

  • Drive the simulator

Real taps, typing and scrolling in the iOS simulator, and in React Native macOS apps.

  • Flows that heal

Tests survive a redesign, and a moved control is fixed in the flow file.

  • Record and replay

Save a session, replay it, check it, and compare two runs side by side.

  • Runtime inspector

Click anything on screen to see its component, its state, and why it re-rendered.

  • Performance

Findings that name the line behind a slowdown, and a CI check that fails on a regression.

  • Product analytics

Funnels, retention and rage taps from what the app already reports. No tagging.

  • Coding agents

Claude Code, Copilot or Codex can use your app, and risky taps wait for your approval.

  • Yours, offline

Works without a network, and what Squiggle records is stored in your project.

  • 14-day trial, no card
  • Cancel any time, yourself
  • No per-seat metering
  • VAT handled at checkout

After you buy

Activate on each Mac

Your licence key arrives by email as soon as the payment clears. Activate it once on every Mac you use Squiggle on; CI runners use a token instead (below).
  1. Install the CLI

Skip this if you installed the Mac app: it includes the squiggle command.
    Terminal
    npm install -g @squiggle.sh/cli
  2. Activate

Paste the key from your email when asked. It is masked as you paste and never lands in your shell history. In a script, pipe it in with squiggle activate - or pass --key-file.
    Terminal
    squiggle activate
  3. Check it

Shows your plan, this Mac’s seat and when the licence expires.
    Terminal
    squiggle license
  • One activation covers the whole Mac. The Mac app, the CLI and your coding agent all read the same licence, so there is nothing to activate twice.
  • Moving to a new Mac? Free the old one in Polar’s customer portal under Licenses, then run squiggle activate on the new one. No support ticket.
  • It works offline. After activation Squiggle renews the licence in the background, so commands never wait on the network.
  • Your key is not stored. Activation swaps it for a signed licence on this Mac and keeps the key’s last four characters, so squiggle license can show which one is active.

Trial

14 days, every feature, no card

Start it with one command. It is the same app and CLI you keep when you buy.
Terminal
squiggle activate --trialsquiggle license
  • One trial per Mac. Reinstalling or using a new email does not start another.
  • When it ends, nothing is lost. Paid commands stop and tell you why. Your flows and recordings stay in your project.

CI

CI runners don’t use a Mac

A CI runner is a new machine on every build, so it uses a token instead of an activation.
ci.yaml
env:  SQUIGGLE_LICENSE_TOKEN: ${{ secrets.SQUIGGLE_LICENSE_TOKEN }}
  • Add the token as a secret. It is not tied to a machine and does not count against your Macs.
  • No monthly cap, only runs at once. 1 on Solo, 2 on Team. A finished run frees its slot within minutes, and a run over the limit tells you which limit it hit.

Questions

Before you buy

What counts as a machine?
A Mac, not a person. If you work on a laptop and a desktop, that is two. Activating the same Mac again still counts as one.
Can I move a licence to a new Mac?
Yes, any time, yourself. Free the old Mac in Polar’s customer portal under Licenses, then run squiggle activate on the new one.
Does it need a network connection?
To activate, and at least once a week to renew the licence, which happens in the background. Commands never wait for it and work offline in between.
What happens if I cancel?
Squiggle works until the end of the period you paid for. After that, paid commands stop and say why, while activate, license, explain and --help keep working. Your flows, recordings and data stay in your project.
What if I need more than five machines?
Enterprise covers as many as you need, with CI runs to match and invoicing: sales@squiggle.sh. Or buy a second Team plan for five more.
